All Data Packages, Data Sheets, and access subscriptions are non-refundable due to their digital nature and immediate delivery.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A duplicate payment occurred due to a system error.
• You did not receive access to the purchased content within 24 hours.
